David's experience and focus has been on extensions and remodelling for over 20 years and has been part of many award winning projects, producing high quality results.

David will meet with you to assess your current home and discuss the possibilities of what it is you want to achieve.

2Conceptual drawings and cost estimate

Our team will work with you to develop conceptual drawings with specifications and cost estimates so that you can make informed decisions prior to construction drawings.

3Construction drawings and approvals

A comprehensive site measure and construction drawings are undertaken. Allowing us to prepare the building contract and submit for approvals and engineering requirements.

4Quality and timely build

David will ensure your project is build with exceptional quality, attention to detail and good communication throughout. Also understanding that it is an intrusive process with most living through it. Therefore, cleanliness on site and completing it in a timely manner is imperative.
